What happens when you attempt to view a .jpg file?

Have the file extensions changed to .vbs

If you desribe the situation with details, someone
may be able to help you.

When I click to open a file I get a small box, where the picture should be, with the red and blue figure in it.

You double left click a .jpg file and all you get
is a box with a red and blue figure in it?

Sorry, but that doesn't help me to understand
the problem. Maybe someone else will have
a better idea of what you are saying.

Have the file extensions changed to .vbs?
Or...does the file name say "Shortcut"?

When I am on a web site and I want to open a 360 virtual
tour it gives me that little box.
I'm not a blonde bomb shell honest. When I left click on
the picture it changes to a small box.

That's why I asked for a description of the problem...
opening a 3d virtual tour on a website is quite different
than opening a .jpg image file that is saved on your
hard drive.

You may need to update your........

Also, it may help if you run Disk Cleanup to delete
your temp and temporary internet files:

Some virtual tours run using java, which you might not have installed
on your PC, or might be turned off in your browser (tools menu,
internet options, advanced) You can find instructions for downloading
java at www.thefull360.co.uk/demo.htm Which website are you trying
to look at, specificaly?
