What do you mean when you say it won't load them? Do you get an error? In
what way are you trying to "load" them? I haven't seen the load command
since BASIC. ;] Do you get unexpected results when you perform some
action?

I have a PC that will not load JPEG files. What should I
try first.
If you are, by chance, trying to load a jpg into a video editing
program, you must first install Quicktime (at least for Premiere)

If you cannot save them in IE, then go to its Tools menu, choose
"Internet Options" then under the "Temporary Internet Files" section,
click the "Delete Files" button.
If you cannot edit this type of file in MSPaint, and you have Office,
try reinstalling the filters from your CD. Otherwise, try using
another paint program (e.g., http://www.simtel.net/pub/pd/64469.html
is a freeware editor which should do).
