Jpeg file formats

suddenly I cannot insert small jpeg image files into cells. It says "file
format is not supported". What does this mean and how can I fix it?

How are you creating your jpeg files? Some programs (such as Corel
Draw 10) export jpegs that are not compatible with web browsers. (I
don't know why.)
