Hi Andy,
This sounds like the Photo Editor problem where it is "trying to access registry keys
that require permissions that your account does not have." The workaround is to give
"Users" Full Control of this registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools
