I currently have a Microsoft Sidewinder joystick. When I switched to Vista I
found that it no longer worked. Is there a way to fix it? If not ,what
joysticks are compatable with Vista?

You will have to check and see if Microsoft has a driver for your joystick to
use with Vista. If they don't it's not going to work. I'm using a Saitek X-52
joystick and Pro Flight Rudder Pedals here. They have support for both 32bit
and 64bit Vista operating systems. But these aren't force feedback, I never
really liked it on a joystick anyway.

I have a force feedback 2 and im running vista ultimate x64...everything
works fine..including the force feedback feature..I didnt have to install
anything

If your joystick uses a gameport, it wont work on Vista. There is NO
gameport support in Vista. Only USB types will work. There may be some sort
of gameport to USB adapter you could get.

I to have the same problem and feel MS should have the drivers that are
compatabile. I also understand that MS was opting out of game until XBOX
when money counts everything can work
