I am currently converting from ACT! to Outlook and am
having some difficulty understanding the differences
between the various items in Outlook. The real issue that
this is creating is can I have all these items appear on
my calender view? I would like to be able to see that I
worked on a specific task for two hours today in the
appropriate area of my calender and also being able to
print that off on the preformatted franklin daytimer
filler. Is this possible, is there any good reference
material that will help me wrap my head around these
Outlook concepts in a relatively timely fashion?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Regards,

M.

No, you cannot have all these different types items appear on one calendar, because an Outlook calendar shows only the items in one folder at a time. For what you describe, it would be appropriate to put the information in an appointment in your calendar folder.
