P Prilosec Apr 16, 2004 #3 Couldn't you just drag the stuff you want to the "journal"? So long as you have a contact name in the item, I think that would work for older stuff.

P Prilosec Apr 19, 2004 #5 Was just thinking of the "retroactive" part of the problem. Once you got the old ones you want in, you would auto-journal all new stuff.
