Hello People:

I am using Outlook 2000. I am timing a task with the Journal Timer by using the start and pause buttons. The time in the Duration box is showing as .2 days. I want to see this time in hours. How do I change the units in the duration box.

Thanks for your help

I have the exact same question (how do you keep the duration from displaying
randomly as days, minutes, or hours), and don't see any answer posted.

Unfortunately, I do not have admin access so that might be a show-stopper.

You cannot control how that field displays the times. It has internal code
that decides at what point a new time designator is used.
