Journal Settings Won't Stick

Working with Outlook 2007 in a corporate environment and my users want to
turn on journaling for the items in the "Also record files from:" entry. The
user can turn on the setting and it will work with in that session but once
Outlook is closed and reopened the checkboxes are cleared and journaling for
these items stops working.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
