Journal report in Outlook2002?

I use the journal to track customer sales activities. Is there a way to generate monthly reports that I can either email directly or send as attachments? The print function only allows for all records, and doesn't allow for emailing
Is this a function that is available in Outlook2003? Is Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager available as a stand-alone product

BCM is available only in Office 2003 Pro and Small Business Edition, not
with standalone copies of Outlook.
