I've been reading and haven't found the help I need, but my search has raised
another question. I'm using Outlook 2002, Windows XP SP2, and my Contact form
doesn't have a Journal tab. Why is that? What do I have to change to see this
Journal tab? Also, I would like to journal some of my contacts' activities,
but when I go to Tools>Options>Journal Options, there is not a list under
"Automatically record these items". How do I populate this list? Finally, is
there a way to automatically check all the contacts under "For these
contacts:" without having to manually check each contact?
Thanks for any help.

MS renamed the Journal Tab to Activities in 2002 - so you're reading stuff
about older versions.

To turn Journal on for a whole bunch of Contacts you can do it where you
described or within the Contacts folder. Use Phone List view, show the
Journal column and tick the ones you want to use Journal with. If there are
many, group by the Journal header and drag many contacts at a time from the
Journal off group to the Journal on group.
