Is it just me, or is this guy Jonathan de Boyne Pollard
<[email protected]> a bit of an angry young? man.
Jonathan, why are you getting so angry at less experienced people asking for
help?

No, it's not just you. Jonathan's manner leaves a lot to be desired, while
he has been known to make some good points, and is very knowledgeable about
DNS, Networks, and RFC rules, do not expect him to give any personal
assistance. He will point you to a web page and that is about as for as he
will go.
I've had a few rounds with him myself however I have learned the best
response to his remarks is no response. I have even thought of creating a
rule to ignore posts from him, but decided that doing that would not be the
correct way because he occasionally does make a good point.
