Jon Spivey's "set list menu"

Jon has a website that shows how to use his new behavior "set list menu" to
make flyout menus. I can find his old behaviours tutorial on the web, but
not this new one.
Jon, or anyone, can you point me to the correct URL please?

His Rocksteady.net site looks like some nasty person has snazzled the domain
you will have to ping him .. .meanwhile this any good?
