The computer account can only "actively" be in one
domain. However, as long as your networking is setup
right, the user should be able to use the dropdown box
and pick which domain to log on to.

But What is the correct networking Setup?

Only if the said domain is:

a subdomain or a trust relationship exists between the two domains.

You should have a drop-down menu at the login screen where it says "Log
in to" if this is the case.
