Need some help - very new to Union/Join queries...not sure
which I should be using for this.

I have 2 tables. Need to combine into one table.

T#1 has the following fields:
Region
PD
Client
TotalHrsPaid

T#2 has the following fields:
Region
Client
PD
THB
THR

T#1 has more records than T#2. Need the table to display:
Region, Client, PD, TotalHrsPaid, THB, THR

Using Access 2002. If someone can help build the SQL do I
just past it into a blank design query, SQL view?

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Try something like

SELECT *
FROM tblOne INNER JOIN tblTwo ON tblOne.Client= tblTwo.Client;

We are not going to create the SQL for you, but the basic idea is to insert
some calculated fields so that two SQL statements have matching columns.

For example, you need to get a field named "Client" into the 2nd position of
the query from T#1. To do that, type this into the 2nd column of the Field
row:
Client: Null

Once you have the matching fields, you can switch the queries to SQL View
(View menu), and copy and paste from one to the other.
