Join a domain without a network connection

Can anyone pls tell me if there is anyway to join a domain
without having a present network connection? I need that
to pre-configure computers from my office in order to make
them work in other sites.

Hi -

You can create machine accounts on a domain controller -
either at the console or remotely with tools provided
with the server OS - then you don't have to be a domain
admin to stand the machines up.
