Jobs stuck in a queue

We have a problem on W2000 print servers - some MS Word or
Power point files are stuck in a print queue with
status "Deleting-Printed" and the only way to remove it -
restart Print Spooler service on a print server.
Any ideas?

I am having this problem too all of a sudden. I'm using XP Pro SP@
with a Lexmark Z705. Can someone please help me? :what
