jobs stay on the queue after printing

When I send a print job to a HP Laser Jet 4500 it stays on the queue after
printing and i have to manually delete it from the queue. Can someone please
help me?

Yes. Get the latest driver from HP and see if it has been fixed.

Turn off Bidirectional on the Printer Properties, Ports tab for instant
relief
