Jobs Spool Out Of Order After Server NOS Upgrade

All-

Ever since upgrading the OS on our print server from NT
4.0 SP6a to W2K SP3 we have had intermittent print
problems. We used Microsoft's Print Migrator 3.0 to
backup the configuration prior to the update and to
restore it following the update. We have since upgraded
the print drivers so that only Windows 2000 drivers are
installed. All clients are running Windows 2000.

The problem is that when the clients submit several jobs
one after another they are suddenly coming out of the
printer in the wrong order.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening or
any suggestions on how to stabilize this print server?

Go into the Printer properties settings and under the
advanced tab set it to print after last page is spooled
rather than start printing immediatly. They will then
print in order received.
