Job scheduler in vs.net..urgent

Hi,
How do we schedule a job?Is there any alternative other than creating a
windows service?

Are there any job schedulers in .net? Any freeware?

Any reason not to use the good old task scheduler that comes with Windows?
Works for me, although my scheduling needs are not complex.
