I created a form with two tabs. Whenever I move my mouse accross the form it

Possibly some code in one of the mouse events?

It is likely you have an event that is firing repeatedly. One way to find it
would be to open your form in design mode, go into it's module, and put a
break point in every event and see when it is firing.
