jittering media and sound files after profile copy...?

Hi there,

I have copied and recreated my profile on my laptop and ever since all my
media files and sound files play jittery, not only that but my motion screen
saver jitters when it plays across the screen. I am completely stuck on this
and all help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have "copied" files from "Program Files" then you won't get the
full programs.
It will depend on exactly what & how you did your copying. You would
need to install Windows & then re-install your programs, ensuring
opening/installing from the full software cd/saved original. That
aside, think of codecs, drivers etc.
