I'm planning to build my home pc with AMD 4000+ process and
JetWay motherboard M2A692-GDG.
But My vendor is offering me M2A692-VDP motherboard.
I searched on net but couldn't find any difference between these
boards.

Can someone please tell me which one is a better board.

The VDP is a newer design. Newer isn't always better. But unless I missed
something, the only difference between these two motherboards is that the
VDP has a DVI video output (as well as a VGA/D-Sub output) for the built-in
video adapter. If you are planning to use video adapter ON the motherboard,
then the VDP model is the better choice, even if you have a normal (VGA,
D-Sub, analog, whatever you want to call it) monitor. You never know when
you might want to upgrade your monitor, and any newish PC monitor should be
running off of a DVI cable.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the newer board (VDP) likely has a
more updated BIOS, right out of the box. This isn't a big deal, but COULD
(possibly) save some build headaches. I'd advise you to go with the
DP. -Dave
