Hi,
I've installed the All In Wonder 9000 on my mother board but it won't
recognize the video card - there is no output from the card. Is there
some way to tell the mother board to use the card instead of the built
in video port? Jetway does not document any jumpers or bios settings.
Thanks!

I tried to do a google search for your board but 845GL refers to the chipset
NOT the model number. Open the case and check the model number of the
motherboard then search for info on Jetways site. It'll be either a jumper
or bios settings to disable the onboard graphics. (You should have a manual
for your motherboard anyway. If someone sold you the board alone or as part
of a system and didnt supply the manual don't buy from them again.)

Yes, this is the chipset, The board model number is 845GDML. I have
the manual - which is the same as is on Jetway's site. Nothing
describes any jumper or bios setting.... still searching...

I just downloaded a pdf of your manual and I agree it gives little info on
installing a new graphics card. Try
"reset configuration data" under "PNP/PCI configuration" in the bios - make
sure the card is fully bedded in the AGP port first. If it doesnt recognise
the card try reseting the CMOS.

I finally found out how to do this. The answer is in the BIOS. Under
"Integrated Peripherals" change the "Init Display First" setting to
"AGP Slot". This checks to see if there is an AGP card and if so uses
this card only.

well done
