Your not likely to ever need this file unless you do Java programming. Go to
the following website and look on line 184, right side column. Click the
link to download the file. Double click the file to restore the missing
jdbdmgr file.

It's just a debugger for java but if you need it try
putting your XP disc or recovery disc in the drive and
then when the autoplay brings up your selections screen
just close out and go>start\run and type in sfc /scannow
be sure to put the space after sfc. Good luck.

Don't bother. It is only a part of the debugging system used by
developers of Java applets - if you are not doing that you do not need
it
