You don't need to reinstall this file unless you need to do debug JAVA
programs. Do you program in JAVA?

I don't program in JAVA not quite sure what that is so
I'm saying no i don't. I know very little about
computers but someone told me my computer needs this file
it came with windows.

Are you sure it'll be ok??

"Virus Hoax: Microsoft Debugger Registrar for Java (Jdbgmgr.exe) Is Not a
Virus"

You don't really need to fix it unless you're a J++ programmer.

If you wish to fix it anyway, the simplest way is to install the MS Virtual
Machine. Microsoft doesn't make it available for download any more (as the
result of a legal judgement for Sun), but it's still available around the
Net. Search for msjavx86.exe. It's a 5+ MB download.
