It is a Java Script debugger manager...a good file and
needed if you write Java script.

The virus hoax tells people to delete it because it is an
undetectable virus (if that was true how do they know?) but
if you delete it nothing really bad will happen.

Rule of Thumb...NEVER delete any file because you get an
email. But you can do what Tim said, do a search on
www.google.com for the issue, like this "jdbgmgr.exe" and
you'll get all the info and links to Microsoft, Norton
(SARC) and McAfee about the hoax. Real viruses also exist
and can be learned about on Google too.

It is the Java debug manager for developers of Java applets. So if you
have fallen for the hoax that says it is a virus and to delete it, do
not bother to look for a replacement. There is however a a virus that
puts itself in with a very similar name, so you want to watch for that -
the legitimate file has an icon of a teddy bear - the fake one (last I
heard) was a screwdriver - perhaps appropriately
