I was warned from a contact in my address book about a
virus that is called jdbgmgr.exe with ateddy bear icon
next to it. Is this somethiong critical and how do I get
rid of it?

It's an old hoax - see http://www.snopes.com/computer/virus/jdbgmgr.htm.
Might want to reply to all and mention this - and tell the sender they
really ought to check their facts (google, etc) before needlessly causing
panic!
