javaw.exe error message???

I've tried running a multimedia CD in my DVD & CD-RW and
both are returning an error that says "javaw.exe has
encountered a problem and needs to close."

Does anyone know what this is? I'm not a "techie", so
any assistance you can provide would be very appreciated.

Use Google and find Sun's Java site..... Reinstall or Upgrade to Sun's
J2SE v 1.4.2 Java Runtime Edition (JRE)....

That will fix the problem.........
 
I tried that and it's still not working. I
downloaded "Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard
Edition 1.4.2" and installed it, but I'm still having the
problem. Any other ideas?
