javascript?

From site's web page, as I attempt to click on an HTML link nothing
happens...the work bar below indicates something like "javascript:" but
nothing appears to be executing....

I have tried to go into the internet options to set several of the javacript
toggles under Microsoft VM...without any success...

anyone know how to get around this problem?

Perhaps the JS is incorrect. Specifically - what page and link?
JavaSCRIPT is a different critter than JAVA, so toggling MS VM (virtual
machine) will have no effect.
