javascript help pls

can anyone help me i am trying to get some home insurance
quotes and i have been to directline.com but when i click
on get a quote it doesnt actually do anything at all!!!
my friend has tried it and it is fine for her i think it
might be my java settings or something but i dont know i
have tried dearching on google btu not found anything to
help pls help me it is annoying me cos i can get a
discount with direct line and ii think there may be an
online discount which is why i dont want to ring

Download & install MS Virtual Machine Build 3805.
Then visit the Windows Update website to obtain the
security updated version (Build 3810).

In a brief look, I saw no JAVA on those pages. But there was JAVAscript
(totally different than JAVA).

Be sure that JAVAscript is enabled in your browser. See the HELP files
for info.
