Can I call a Javascript from codebehind. If so, How?

No, you can't "call" any JavaScript from the server, but you CAN write
JavaScript into your HTML document that is sent to the browser. See:

Code behind is compiled VB or C# code running on server, and Javascript is code running on client browser. When asp.net runs code behind on server, javascript code is only bunch of text that will be returned to browser based on request. You can add javascript blocks at this time. Of course you can set a flag that the returned html page knows to call a javascript function in the window_onload event when the page is load into the brower
