javascript error?

I am having trouble with a site displaying correctly.
Where there sould be a radio button (I assume!), instead, I have a line
that says "Available Values: Yes or No"
The site says that I must have Active Scripting enabled, which I do,
but still it doesn't work.
I am running XP Pro,& have all the latest updates.
What else can I do?

It's a customer's site set up for placing bids.
You'd need a username & password to get to that point.

Perhaps the page doesn't conform to the new ActiveX standards introduced in
the recent IE update.

Finally got through to tech support on their end & they are looking
into it...
