javaprxy.dll COM problem

I just received an email from Panda anti-virus stating that there was a
compromising issue with a file 'javaprxy.dll COM and that Microsoft
recommends that your settings for Internet and Local Intranet should be set
on HIGH. But when I do this, I cannot access my accounts online. Does
anyone have any suggestions on this problem? Thanks

Put your "accounts" into a Trusted zone?
