Java wont load; neither will javascript

Guys -

I have IE 6 - everything used to work - now when i go to
pages with JavaScript on them or use EZ Chat programs
nothing happens.

The best example of this would be to visit:
http://www.quicken.com/planning/debt

When i forward through it nothing happens - i downloaded
the MV Whatever fix - now instead of getting an X in a
square where the java should be loading, nothing happens
at all.

If someone could help, i would be indebted.

Hey -

No luck - still cannot access these pages - although the
red X of doom is gone.

If anyone can help with this, i would be grateful.
