Java Virtual Memory ( JVM )

During installation (reformat), java file unable to load
for unknown reason.
I used alternate Java Software from Sun Microsystem.
I found out that the quality of Java software is
unsatisfactory as compared to the original Microsoft JVM.

Question: Where or how to find the original Microsoft JVM
to be reinstalled into my system?
