Java vertual Machine

I am not able to find java vertual machine option in windows 2003
server(standard server).like I found in windows 98se.
where I will find it to use proxy users.

Microsoft no longer supports the old Virtual Machine.
Instead, download and install the free Java software:
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
