I have a new pc and neither the technician or I know why
I can not get live help from AOL. It prompts me to set up
JAVA TECHNOLOGY. Which one and where can I download
anything to help me? And do I also need Virtual Machine?

I am lost!!

If this is not the issue:
Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 msjava.dll
