Java swap image behavior function not active... what gives?

I'm not sure what settings I have changed, but the java swap image feature is
not active. It worked prviously. I'm sure the solution is simple but I am
unable to find the answer... you help is appreciated.
 
do you have java on your PC (it is a plugin which Windows XP doesn't have
included, you need to download it from Sun Microsystems

If you mean *javascript* then please say so....Java is NOT Javascript.
