java script disabled

when attempting to view certain parts of weather.com I
receive the error message that javascript is unabled.
How do I enable it. It didn't do this prior to the XP
sp2 update.

On your desktop right click the Internet Explorer Icon
then:

1 Click on the advanced tab at the top
2 Scroll down to Java
3 If you have Java Sun listed---Check that box
4 Under Microsoft VM check off the 3 boxes

or....

Do you have the JavaScript plug-in installed?

You might want to refresh your scripting engine:
For 2000 and XP go to

Register these files:

1. Click on Start -- Run
2. Type Regsvr32 softpub.dll
3. Click OK
