Java Runtime errorL Help Request

I get the error

"Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded from" ...then it gives the PATH.

I have tried downloading and reinstalling from the SUN site with the same
results after.

Any suggestions?
 
Strange thing occurred.

I UNinstalled the Java Runtime Environment and now everything works just
fine????
