Hi,

Recently I have gone through a lot of problems and this is probably the last
one i am facing.
The IE6 does not accept either cookies or Javascript(not sure what exactlt
is causing this) and therefore I can not get any response by clicking some
links.

Enclosed is a Cox website
http://northernvirginia.cox.net/cci/portal/_pagr/119/_pa.119/466 at the
right hand column of this page, there are Hot Topics like cox.net FAQs
....that I can not get any response by clicking any of those links..

Thank you first for providing any direction.

Those links are written with invalid HTML, so I'm not surprised they don't
work. Send this link to the Cox webmaster and ask him/her to fix their
site...

ctype=Inline&verbose=1

In particular, have them pay close attention to errors 176 and higher!

Hi Harry - Well, before we get into major surgery, let's try a few
things. First, clear your Temporary Internet Files - Tools|Internet
Options, then Delete Files. Next, you didn't specify your OS, but if
Win98 then look in C:\Windows or if XP or Win2k then in
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC for a file names HOSTS (should be all
caps without any extension). If you find it, then rename it NOHOSTS.
Now see if you still have your problem. If so, then rename it back to
HOSTS (all caps, no extension) Then, one last thing to try - open a
Command Window and enter "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the
quotes), and try again. If these steps don't help, then post back
please.
