Java option and help files missing

I have IE6. Under Internet Options-Advanced I do not have any Java Choices.
Why not? And how do I get them?
Also when I click on "HELP" on the tool bar in IE6 I absolutely nothing
comes up. How can I fix this?

The Java VM has not installed on your system so there is no Java Options
available, you can download and install the Sun Java VM from
http://java.com/en/index.jsp
