java links does'nt open

when i click on a link that's java it just do nothing and
the link wont open in a new browser, and this on any web
page, and a little yellow triangle appear in the lower
left on the browser!!! what i can do to fix this?

That's JavaScript you are describing, not Java.

As to the fix... do you have a popup blocker running? That is the normal
cause.
