We have about 20% of the computers at our instituion wont load a
Java-based web site.

The page loads saying Loading resource... but hangs there. These
resources are java that runt he page. We cant seem to find any
differences btwn the computers. I have run a million suggestions
including the ones here:

http://groups.google.com/group/micr...lnk=gst&q=javascript&rnum=16#2d00a47c886ce7bc
From one suggestion I was told there should be a JAVA Compiler listed
in IE/Tools/Advanced, but there is no such option. should there be?
Running current version of Java on the problematic sytems. Would try
MSJVM but its no where to be found either.

Of course it runs fine under Firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Frank. Yep, its Java Sun.

In the Advanced options it should be listed under Java(Sun) if you scroll
down, right after International.

I don't know what the problem is.
In Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs, what versions of Java are listed?
