I need to locate a simple applet add-in program-an image
display applet that supports images of multiple sizes AND
not only configurable background colors but images as
well. Any suggestions? My challenge: images of multiple
sizes and most applet programs require same size images; I
tried creating same size graphic images that contain the
respective images and allow them to transition but my web
page background is an image and when I set the graphic
background with the same image as the web page, one can
see a very very faint outline of the image. Any
suggestions? Thanks so much!

Many viewers will not look at Java Applets... try www.dynamicdrive.com for
javascript suggestions. There is a way to get rid of that faint line... put
I can't remember if or where for FP...it's 'BlurAllLinks' extension for
Dreamweaver. The faint line might be ghosting also ... Can you give us a
URL?
ETC

if you're aware of the java applet situation and still want to use them
www.ulead.com used to have (still may). it was a bundle with menu.applet
and image.applet I used both and they were very cool. easy to learn to use
and really had some super output.
