jamsoft treesize

has anyone else been trying to use this awesome tool on vista?
the tool does work as expected but fails to get results from the system
partition due to virtual paths
on every other partition it is working fine

I tried using Treesize, which I too like very much, on Vista 5728 and it
pretty much got hosed. Choked on access denied for all user directories,
even when run as administrator.
