I'm looking forward to this one too :) Are you seeing it an an IMAX?

Don't think I'm going to have time till after Christmas, so you'll have to let us know what you think (without giving the story away ;)).

Sadly no, my nearest imax is in London (about a 40 min drive). As much as i'd want to go its been hard enough getting everyone to agree to a time let alone getting them to london too! lol

Both local cinemas have 3D though so that will do for now. Would love to go to an IMAX though....

I`ve read that this film could be an all time exspensive failure from a well known producer. I don`t think the news papers gave it a good review. I`ll be interested in what people have to say about it.

I'm goin tomorow....our cinema is doin it in 2 and 3D....i'll let ya's know....cant believe dublins getting it before UK .

Never heard of it to be honest.

There's an I-Max at Waterloo which is a 15 minute train journey away for me, 3 stations away.

I may just go and take a peek if it's on there and if I like the look of it.

But tbh movies don't rattle my cage that much any more, not sure why, I'd much rather go see a band.

I can't believe ya never heard of it before flopp's....it's been getting massive advertisement lately. I suppose though, if you're busy ya might miss it but this huge. It's had a game made 'n all.

About six months ago i read somewhere this is a breakthrough in the cgi world so it should be brill.

Like I said, movies don't move me that much any more, I'd rather listen to music.

Stopped watching TV 11 years ago, now I seem to be going off movies.

I do like talking to people though, playing computer games too.

And music, yes, music.

This is probably a good thing cos 95% of movies are made by Americans who think Disney is cute and that they are the only right way forward.

And they also cast Brits as villains with surprising regularity, I think they jealous.

Finally booked the tickets for saturday night. :D Cant wait!

In 3D!

Well V_R,
I'm just back and its a fantastic film....i got a VIP seat and me 3D glasses and i didnt move for two and half hours.
It was intense from the off and i was roped in all the way. I reckon you'll enjoy it. Eye's were knackered after it though, lol.
It's well worth seeing if you're a sci - fi nutter like me. I wont say owt about the film itself so i don't spoil anything on the rest of folk.;)

I was blown away by the visuals and the whole pandora and its inhabitants and surroundings etc.
Did you take your glasses off for a peek during the film ??
