Jack the Ripper on 9800pro Problems..

Can anyone run Jack the Ripper on a Radeon 9x00 card?
My game will not run at all, I get an error telling me that my selected
screen res doesn't exist! (all screen res's)

Might want to try & contact tech supprt direct or ask at the
adveture company forums.

There is one topic there, but no reply as yet, but the tech
support does actually respond.

Have you loaded drivers for your monitor?

Yeah, everything is up to date.

WinXP (SP1) with all the updates.
DX9.0b
Catalyst 4.10
Motherboard drivers installed
Monitor Drivers ok

It's strange.

No problem, one thought is did you try running the executable
under compatibility mode?

I picked up Darkfall from them & despite WinXP being being
listed on the box I had to select Win98 compatibility to get it
to run. Even odder was the original demo (released by the
Jonathan Boakes before they bought distribution rights) worked
fine without this, but the demo released by the AC didn't.

I just tried that, but problem remains :(
I wonder if it has anything to do with DX9.0b?, or perhaps my new GFX
drivers.
