This file keeps getting loaded (despite having its check-mark removed from
the startup list) and is an infected file that seriously impacts Internet
access (e-mail, MSIE, VPN, etc.). Symantec Antivirus removes it (once it is
stopped from the Task Manager) but it keeps reappearing and has to be removed
with each boot. I have tried running Antivirus from safe-mode, but that has
not helped. I have done a number of web searches on this file and come up
completely empty-handed.

I cannot identify the source of this malicious file. Has anyone else seen it
and dealt with it?
